10is Academy offers coaching for all levels, wether you are just wanting to polish up your game, advanced competitive player or a complete beginner we have an option for you.
Tennis is great for your fitness, it can lower body fat while improving muscle toning, strength and flexibility.
We run cardio tennis classes which are fun, sociable fitness classes set on a tennis court open to people of all ages and abilities.
The FOUNDATION level courses will introduce our players to technical, tactical, physical and mental fundamentals of tennis. Beginner adults will be taking part in Tennis Xpress and move onto our Rusty Racket.
The FOUNDATION level is divided in 2 stages: Beginner & Early improver
The DEVELOPMENT level is for players who have developed relevant technical, tactical, physical and mental skills to compete in tennis to some level. This is a broad group that ranges from progressing through a Coaching programme and/or the club sessions.
The DEVELOPMENT level is divided in 2 stages: Improver & Intermediate.
The PERFORMANCE STAGE is for players who have an advanced level of technical, tactical, physical and mental tennis skills. Performance players aged 18 and over may be competing in National league or the LTA County doubles teams in division 1, 2 or 3. Performance players may also be representing their county or country in inter-region or inter- national events.
The PERFORMANCE level is divided in 2 stages: Performance & High-Performance.
